A well established Dublin FinTech is seeking a Head of Delivery to lead and mature its enterprise technology delivery function.

This is a critical leadership role operating as the de facto deputy to senior management. The successful individual will take full accountability for translating technology strategy into predictable, transparent and value driven outcomes across the organisation.

The Opportunity

You will:

• Own end to end delivery across data, applications and infrastructure
• Translate strategic priorities into structured roadmaps with clear value metrics
• Drive portfolio governance, reporting discipline and executive transparency
• Lead complex cross functional programmes within a regulated environment
• Embed modern delivery practices including Agile and DevOps
• Strengthen internal capability while optimising the external partner model
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and represent Technology at executive level

There is clear succession potential attached to this mandate, with strong visibility at a Committee level.

The Profile

You will bring:

• Fifteen plus years of senior IT leadership experience (Programme Management, etc...)
• Proven success delivering large scale transformation in complex, regulated environments
• Strong portfolio governance and risk management capability
• Broad enterprise technology knowledge across cloud, data and applications
• Experience aligning delivery with regulatory standards
• Executive presence with the ability to influence at Board level
